Our analytical services extend to wet chemistry,
bacteriology, determination of metals, hydrocarbons and pesticides
(PCBs, herbicides, PCPs).
We carry out independent Analytical Laboratory Services
in the following areas:
- Analysis of water for domestic and industrial uses, including
boiler, cooling and storm water to determine their quality and
suitability for appropriate use.
- Analysis of export products and solid minerals. This includes
the determination of the percentage composition of different metal
ores such as copper, lead, zinc ores among others.
- Environmental Analysis
- Air quality measurement for the determination of SO2,
NOx, Volatile organic compounds (VOC), CO, CO2
, H2 S, Particulate matter (TSP & PM10 &
PM2.5 ), and NH3 .
- Determination of heat level; humidity and noise measurement
and analysis of wastewater,
- Analysis of raw materials, industrial chemicals and finished
consumer products such as food, drugs, cosmetics, etc
- Toxicity Testing: A toxicity test is a fundamental tool in
ecotoxicology, a field of science that combines chemical and ecological
techniques to determine the effects that a pollutant may have
on an organism. Toxicity testing involves exposing organisms to
a series of different concentrations of pollutant and determining
the organism's response. An organism's response to a pollutant
usually depends on the species and the type of test, and may include
a reduction in growth or survival.
- Analysis of cutting mud, soil and sediment samples to determine
their composition and characteristics.
